I work with people and organizations whose work revolves around creativity, judgment, and relational responsibility - work that is intellectually demanding, interpersonally complex, and often high-stakes.
Creative professionals. Leaders. Practitioner-owners. Teams navigating change.
The common thread is demanding work that asks a lot of the person doing it.
Over time, work like this can become narrowing or exhausting - even when it looks successful from the outside. The conditions change faster than the frameworks we rely on. Creativity becomes harder to access. Judgment carries more weight, with fewer clear answers. The work starts to cost more than it gives back.
My role is to help people do their best work sustainably - to thrive, not just survive - and to help organisations do great work whilst nurturing and elevating their people.
Clients often come to this work looking for clarity or momentum, and stay because the work changes how they think, decide, and show up over time.
I bring together organizational psychology, real-world experience in the creative industries, and long-term coaching practice to support clear thinking, resilient performance, and meaningful change. The work is thoughtful, evidence-based, and client-focused, designed to create progress that actually lasts. -
I work with teams and organizations (particularly in creative and knowledge-based industries) on leadership, creativity and innovation, culture, and navigating change, including the challenges of a human-centered approach to integrating AI into professional life.

At the Practitioner Suite I support therapists and private practitioners in building viable, values-aligned practices.
I can help you take care of the logistics of establishing and growing a small business or private practice, and I can also help you tackle the self-doubt and mental hurdles that stand in the way of getting started in the first place.
I can help if you are interested in setting up your own business or private practice, BUT you… don’t know where to start; aren’t confident you’ve got what it takes to start your own business; aren’t exactly sure what you have to offer, or who your ideal clients are; and worry about failing.
Together, we can: explore your niche of expertise; identify your ideal clients; boost your self-confidence so you can plan & launch your business; tackle self-doubt & fear of failure; and establish a robust mental framework to support you as you grow your business.
